How this pager can work for you!
Picture this situation: Your congregation is involved in music, prayer or a great sermon. Down in the nursery however, a child is desperately crying for its mother. How will the attendant call for assistance? How can the mother be located immediately? It would be inappropriate to interrupt the service, and no one wants to embarrass the parent. |

If you have one of our "Silent Usher Paging Systems" help is just a few easy key strokes
away. Simply enter a pre-assigned number on a small key pad and instantly the number
will be displayed in the sanctuary, alerting the parent to return to the nursery.
An added benefit is that parents with children in the nursery need not sit at the back, but
can move up and enjoy the service, knowing that if there is a problem they will be informed.

Using the "Silent Usher"
tm.
When parents drop their child off at the nursery, both parent and child are assigned number. The parent gets a small tag and the child has the number written on an adhesive name badge which can be fixed to a piece of clothing. Regular members usually keep the same number. If the parent is needed for any reason, the number of the child is entered by means of the numeric key pad on the sending unit, and the number is displayed in an attention- getting, yet non-invasive manner on the display panel mounted at the front of the sanctuary. The easy-to-read numbers are visible for up to 300 feet, and will be displayed for two minutes, attracting the attention of the required individual, who may then exit with minimal disturbance to others. The display will then clear itself, or it may be cleared from the sending unit when the parent arrives. Additional displays may be connected to the system giving greater coverage if desired. A small 'power on' indicator is visible on the display to reassure parents the system is available for use. The numeric key pad is joined to the display by a low voltage signaling wire. This keypad also has a small built in display, similar to a calculator. This lets the operator confirm that the entered number is correct before transmitting the request for assistance. Additional key pads may also be connected if there are nurseries on different floors. |

Our Specialty.
Our paging systems are designed from the ground up to give you the best possible system. The displays feature large and easy to read digits. The spacing between digits has been optimized, and the 42 light emitting diodes, or LED's, for each digit combine to produce a display that is both aesthetic and easy to read up to 300 feet away. The flash feature is standard on all units, and can be disabled if desired when you install the system. We will even alter the standard programming at the time of your order to suit any specific requirements. For example, we can alter the 'on' time of the display and the number of times it blinks on and off before remaining on. Our installation kit provides various screws and anchors for different mounting surfaces. Two key-hole slots on the rear of each display and keypad hide the anchors and provide secure and level mounting. We supply 120 feet of 3 conductor wire, which is enough for a large church. Additional wire will be supplied if you request it. The cost is minimal. |
